With a combination of entrepreneurship and information technology experience, he currently directs executive decisions and strategy at SCI Education USA. Dr. Dramane Ouattara received a B.A in Management Sciences and a Masters Degree (MA) in Economics at the University of Abidjan (Côte d’ivoire), and also a Master of Sciences (MSc.) in Statistics from National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA- Cote d’ivoire). In 2013, Dr. Dramane Ouattara got the University of Haifa (Israël) Presidential Merit Scholarship where he completed a Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Peace and Conflict Management Studies. In 2018, he received a PhD at the United Nations University for Peace, in Costa Rica (Central America) at the Department of Peace & Conflict Studies. His PhD topic is related to Electoral Engineering and Political Reconciliation in Post Conflict Society.  In 2020 he received a Master Degree in Electoral Policy and Administration at Sant ’Anna School of Advanced Studies- Pisa  in Italy. He worked closely with Dr. Raghu Savalgi, Chairman of SCI (USA) for the establishment of SCI Education USA University and SPLAR Foundation (USA) activities in Africa.  He was appointed as the Academic Dean of SCI Education University.

Dr. Savalgi is a revolutionary thinker with an unconventional, interdisciplinary and international approach to life. He believes that his life will not be complete without making contributions to humanity. He acquired a Ph.D. in Surgery from the University of London, England, one of the very few surgeons in the world who have received such a qualification. He has received several international awards and is a recipient of the Hunterian professorship, the highest Honor of the royal college of surgeons of England. He received millennium recognition for the year 2000 from the association of surgeons of India for his contributions to the field of surgical oncology. He is an Editor of the journal ‘Surgical Technology International’ (Universal Medical Press, CA, USA). He has published/ presented over 200 papers around the world.Editor: Surgical Technology International, San Francisco (USA). He acquired an advanced professional certificate in information Technology from New York University in 1998.
